Menu bar disappeared on MacBook Air M2 with macOS Sequoia 15.4.1

I've tried every suggested solution. "Never" set on Menu Bar Only. Restarted in Safe Mode. Updates from Sonoma to Sequoia 15.4.1. Nothing has brought back the Menu Bar. Any help out here?

"Never" it will not show...(?)

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

make some change and compare your results, then come back to your preferred settings and test.

no insight or resolve—

unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

Thanks for response. The "Menu Bar Only" is set to never, and I've tried the other settings. I've installed Sequoia 15.4.1 twice. Tried Command F2. The only thing I can figure is that the screendisplay seems to be zoomed in so that the margins disappear, and the menu bar is at the top margin that is disappeared. I'm not sure how this happened, but my cat is known to sit on the keyboard, and that is who I'm blaming at the moment. No peripherals are installed. No 3rd party stuff that I'm aware of. I have not changed account/user as suggested and my try that in awhile. Other suggestions are appreciated.

I posted the original and admit to stupidity. The problem showed up on my wife's computer and she wanted me to fix it. I tried every recommended fix several times. Eventually I noticed that she had placed a "blue light filter" film on the screen and that it was covering up the menu bar. It is almost invisible once it's installed and removing it solved the problem. But it's a poor design of the blue light filter. The black band at the top of the film is magnetic to hold it in place, but if it were reduced about 1/4" it would work fine without covering up the menu bar. I pushed it up so that it the plastic filter is visible and extends beyond the MacBook, somewhat awkward but it works and now the menu bar is completely visible.

I have the same issue, menu bar disappears. Sometimes switching apps redraws is, sometimes not. I'm on an iMac Pro 3.2 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W. I just got the custom color wallpaper back, and now this … grrr.

This may be it. I switched all open windows to full then normal. And the bar doesn't disappear now. If it does, I'll check to see if the cursor at the top will make the menu reappear and keep digging to find what I did. Thanks for the suggestion!

ETA: My window dots are all grey, I lost the red, yellow, and green colors a while back.
