Why does the Moss app crash when using my Apple Account on iOS 18.4?

I have the Moss app installed, and both the app and the iOS software are up to date (iOS 18.4). When I open the app, it runs for a few seconds, but I can’t even log in because it crashes and closes. However, if I sign out of my Apple account and sign in with a different one, the app works fine on the same phone. So there seems to be an issue with my account, but I don’t know what could be causing it.

Was it originally downloaded under the account which lets you use it? There can be issues if you change your Apple Account as apps are tied to the account they were downloaded under. I'd delete the app, then download it under the Apple Account you use and see if that solves your issue.
