trying to download, compile and execute MonaServer2, but get "Security policy would not allow process"

I'm wondering if there's a problem for users who want to download source for an app (MonaServer2 in my case) and then compile it, but when trying to run the application, console shows "ASP Security policy would not allow process"

I'm assuming it's something to do with this application trying to do things that it needs more permission for - eg. opening up network ports, etc.

I also think this might be quite a recent change in OSX?
