MagSafe Battery Pack for iPhone Mini

Hey


Trying to find a solid MagSafe battery pack for my iPhone Mini. The official Apple one is basically impossible to find new, or the prices on eBay are just insane.


My main thing is the fit I really need something that lines up perfectly with the Mini's size (no sticking out past the edges!) and isn't super bulky or thick.


Honestly, I just need enough extra juice to make it through the day. Getting another 70-80% charge is plenty I'm not looking for some massive power brick.


I'm leaning away from Anker since I've heard their stuff is usually too big for the Mini and might make the phone run hot.


Any good recommendations for my mini ?

The following non-Apple MagSafe battery packs are designed to better fit the smaller iPhone 12 / 13 mini models:


  • Anker 622 Magnetic Battery (MagGo) or Anker 621 Magnetic Portable Charger (MagGo)
  • Torras Slim MiniMag Wireless Charger
  • Podoru 5,000mAh Magnetic Power Bank
  • Baseus PicoGo Magnetic Power Bank


All of these offer a 5,000mAh capacity, except the Baseus PicoGo which is rated at 6,000mAh.


All of these work via magnetic induction to provide charging the iPhone's internal battery. This process does induce heat as a byproduct. The Apple MagSafe chargers are designed to work with complimentary circuitry in the phones to reduce charging to 5W when the charger is not connected to a power adapter. The others may as well, but I don't know for sure.
