Can I have road names that shows navigation routes on Maps?

Is there a way to have road names show under the dark blue line that shows the route? It used to be there. Still is there for Google maps.

how to display a custom google map in carplay I have a highly customized, long route saved in a saved map in My Maps in Google Maps. I can see this map on my iphone, but the route doesn't seem to appear on the carplay screen in my car. Is there a way to show it?
