Trying to figure out the issue with my 140w magsafe charger for my macbook pro.
The orange light keeps blinking when I plug it and does not charge the computer.
What do I do? It's a 2024 macbook pro with an M4 chip.
Tried another colleague's charger though and it worked. But I will appreciate another solution

First, just to be sure, are you referring to this 140W power adapter?
If so, and since you have already tried another adapter, it does indicate that there may be an issue with your adapter. The adapter is covered by Apple's hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, which may be the case here.
As such, I suggest that you bring the adapter, along with your laptop, to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
