How long does Apple take to replace a scratched Apple Gift Card?

Already submitted claim. How long it took for others to receive replacement gift card via email? They told me 10 business days still waiting after 4 days. Any information please?

Apple gift cards purchased but already redeemed I just purchased a 50.00 gift card from CVS, got a msg. Saying it’s already been redeemed. I’ve had this happen before when I purchased a 25.00 Apple gift card. It does no good to call Apple support, they ALWAYS tell you to take it back to the retailer, the retailer tells you to contact Apple. I’ve got the receipt, both the retailer refuse to make it right. This has been happening for years, how does Apple allow this? People are getting blatantly ripped off. My local CVS PULLED ALL Apple gift cards because of so many issues, Albertson’s actually opens them and checks that the numbers match..guess that’s the safest way. I think Apple’s to blame they need to come up with a system to sop letting customers get ripped off.. I sit here with my Apple iPad my iPhone and they won’t honor the gift card..

New “untamperable” gift cards still tampered with. Apple refuses to refund me. I have had a situation today with $400 worth of Apple gift cards from Woolworths. Bought them for the rewards points, but got home and found (“non-tamperable”) cards had last three digits scratched off. Woolworths said to call Apple. Apple refused to acknowledge the cards were tampered with and wouldn’t refund. Woolworths (instore) said they couldn’t refund (due to computer system limitations). Have raised issue with Woolworths gift cards team, via phone, and still waiting on resolution.

About my apple gift card been over scratched I actually bought and Apple Card worth $500 and I mistake scratched out two codes out and I have been calling and sending details about my card to the help linked that was sent to me using my case ID but they haven’t helped me in anyway. They. How can you guys help me out please
