Sequoia 15.4 (and 15.4.1) on Mac Mini M4 Pro. Screen saver no longer working

Literally immediately after Sequoia 15.4 update my screen saver stopped coming on. Not a major emergency so I let it go waiting for the next "point" update which just occurred today, 15.4.1, and the problem continues. Screen Saver is set for 20 minutes. Absolutely nothing else has changed on the computer or it's settings No new apps, nothing. I do remember the SS being on 1 or 2 times since the updates.

I Googled the issue and only saw 1 suggestion which did not help.

Anyone else have this issue ?
