How do I fix "Your Connection Is Not Secure" error on my MacBook Pro?

my mac book pro 13 is telling me “your connection to this site is not secure “even if i change the wifi how could I fix this ! It’s blocked off all of the sites

Update from macOS 13.0 to macOS 13.7.5 and try again.
