Unable to send voice messages or photos on iMessage anymore

For a couple of weeks now I haven’t been able to have my audio messages and pictures/videos deliver. I can’t send it, but delivering is unsuccessful. I have mms, sms, and iMessage enabled. My sim is also enabled and the send/receive address is connected. I didn’t have these problems until I updated my phone. I’ve also tried to restart my phone and reset network connection, but it doesn’t help.
