Transfering adobe Photoshop to a macbook Air

I have a subscription for Photoshop (20GB Photography Plan) on my 2015 27inch iMac and I want to transfer it to my new MacBook Air. Do I need to download a new Photoshop App first to the MacBook Air and if so where do I find it?

How do I do this?
