locate downloaded photos via blue tooth on my mackbook pro

I've not tried sending pictures from a non-Apple source to my Mac via Bluetooth. Usually pictures are sent to Downloads or to Photos. The date on the picture, though, may not be what you expect, so you should try sorting by name, Created Date, and Modified Date. If you know the file name, you should try spotlight.

You can also do a search in Finder that can be very helpful. If you don't know the name, you can start with a dot "." since every file has one. Then you can restrict the search for images and restrict the date to the last few says, and all sorts of things.

The path to a file is shown at the bottom of the window.
