Apple TV 4K Screen Goes Black While Streaming

My kids are trying to watch a movie on Disney+ and it keeps cutting to a black screen every few minutes. Audio still plays. Picture comes back a few seconds later. I tried replacing the HDMI cable already and it doesn't help.
