Why is one song not adding to Apple Music library on Windows 11 Pro?

I added am mp3 album to Apple Music , but it only loaded 6 of the 21 tracks. So I added the rest of the songs by using the add song. It worked except 1 song refused to be added. After several attempts to add the single song, It still does not show up in the library. It also is not showing up anywhere on the song list. Is there something going on here?

I assume that Apple Music is like iTunes in that it rejects any song it finds to be incompatible without producing an error. You can try adding the file to the Automatically Add to Music folder in your media folder. If it is rejected it will be moved into a Not Added folder rather than being added to the library. One possible cause is when the internal structure of the file doesn't match the file extension. You might check the file in question with https://mp3val.sourceforge.net/.

I tried doing as suggested. There is nothing wrong with the file. Apple Music just simply refuses to acknowledge its existence. What I ended up doing was to delete the album. Then I copied the folder into my iTunes Media folder under the necessary subfolder. Then I added it to the library. Finally all of the files are no in the library. What a pain.
