final cut stucks while validating audio units

Hello

I am using Ventura 13.3. I am using both Logic Pro X and Final Cut Pro. When opening Final Cut Pro, it gets stuck during Validating Audio Units. Since I am using Logic Pro X, I cannot change the location of the Audio Units folder. Is there another way to open Final Cut? Can you please help me? I need to use both Logi and Final Cut on the same computer.
