iPod nano 5th generation stuck in a boot loop after formatting drive

Apple logo stuck Hi! I need help with my iPod Nano 5. I was having issues with the drive — my Windows laptop couldn’t detect or open it properly. When I clicked on the drive, it prompted me to perform a “Quick Format,” so I did it. Now, my iPod is stuck in a boot loop and keeps showing the Apple logo again and again. If there is a technician please i really need your help
