How do I fix sleep tracking issues on Apple Watch

My watch is not tracking my sleep accurately. Last night I did not sleep at all due to stomach bug, watch recorded sleep cycle including REM etc. nothing about being awake 10pm to 7am. Both phone snd wstch up to date. I’ve reset schedule previously because I had suspected app not reporting accurately.

Anybody experiencing similar?

Got a solution!

Are you using a 3rd party app to record your sleep data?

Did you try to force restart the watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

If this does not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
