I get signal everywhere except logic pro

I've reinstalled the program, checked Focusrite Control (I have Scarlett2i2) and I/Os are fine, direct monitoring on the interface works fine, audio settings on the Mac with I/Os are fine. Signal/sound/input/output is working on WhatsApp, GarageBand, Discord, FinalCut Pro, FaceTime, just not Logic and all have the same settings. The cable is fine, the mic is fine, the interface is fine but I can't get any signal at all on channel strips in Logic. Been on YouTube and every corner of the internet for the past 3 days and no solution. I've isolated the problem to Logic Pro, what next?
