Nucleus Smart app "Not available in your country"
I'm in Australia with a Cochlear N7 cochlear implant and use the Nucleus Smart app on my iPhone 16 and my Apple Watch version 7 to control it. The watch app uses the iPhone to communicate with the cochlear implant. As of today—it may have started with the iOS 18.4 update to the iPhone—the watch app doesn't work and says "Not available in your country".
I just updated to watchOS 11.4 but it has made no difference. (The watch app was definitely broken before I updated the watch OS.) Neither has deleting then reinstalling the Nucleus Smart watch app.
Any suggestions?
