How can I access my Apple TV library on an Android phone?

The user guide makes it pretty clear that this Android mobile edition of the app doesn’t access Store items nor Library items, just the subscription streaming service of Apple TV+ and MLS. This edition of the app on this type of device is not intended to access purchased or rented items, at this time.

The only Android device I own is on my TV so my knowledge is limited. The only trouble shooting steps I can think of is delete/reinstall the Apple TV app. If that doesn't help restart your phone and see if that makes any difference.
