Scuff/Scratch in my brand new IPhone 13 pro (blue) after literally 20 minutes of getting it

I recently got my first iPhone ever (android user) and I like this so much but I noticed a small scratch on my iPhone 13 pro bottom left corner (more of a scuff) right in the bevel or edge of the frame… it’s VERY annoying and I’ve put a Mira case on (always had a case on since buying it) but it still bothers me a lot… is there any DIY way to fix this? (It reflects on the light a lot and makes it look bad) I’ve also contacted like 3 of official Apple resellers and they all said it’s not fixable (or atleast not available at the moment)

What I'd like to know is how you bought a brand new iPhone 13 Pro, when Apple completely discontinued that model in September 2022? It's unlikely the phone sat on a shelf somewhere for more than 2 years.

If you open the Settings App > General > About > Model - does it start with a number, like 3 or 5?

Yea i know it’s been discontinued, but yea it remained unsold and unopened (at least that’s what I’ve been told.) however all parts are original and the phone itself has never been opened for repair. Also the serial number starts with the letter M and the serial model as well. I haven’t encountered any issues till now and the battery capacity is at 99% (MY ONLY ISSUE IS THIS SCRATCH) I’ve always had this thing where I get ****** off of small things like this and it’s making me get out of my mind

Quick update, I took it to a jeweler and they didn’t want to risk messing with it however I’ve been recommended getting a transparent hydrogel film and after my friend analyzed the scratch he said it can blend it with the film and won’t shine under lighting. Do you have any experience with these films and if they really could help me out with this scuff?

Yea I agree, however the picture provided is kinda over exaggerating it somehow because it’s actually very small and mainly unnoticeable unless there’s lighting straight towards it… I don’t really know what to do right now. If the film works I’ll keep this phone for a few more years then trade it in for a 14 pro and I’ll be more careful with that, and if it doesn’t then I’ll try to live up with it and cover it with a case and probably still trade it in.
