  • Are you seeing this from an email/message or from your actual billing statement provided by your bank?
  • Are you an Organizer of a Family Sharing plan that allows members to make purchases to your payment method? That would show up under their Apple Account in the Purchase History after choosing their name.
  • What is the exact description of the charge? That will help determine if it is a charge managed by Apple or a subscription that was made directly with the developer.

Messages are information only, it is up to you to contact your bank directly either through their known website or number, not one that is provided by any link in the message. After you do that you will be able to see the exact description of the charge.

With the answer to that question and the previous ones already provided, it will help to determine how to proceed. It is certainly possible your card information has been compromised.
