How do I sync Microsoft Teams meetings to my iPhone and iPad Calendar?

I use Microsoft Teams across my iPad, iPhone and iMac 24 OS Sequoia 15.3.2 and am struggling to get teams meetings to show up on my ical on my iPhone and iPad, but do show on my iMac cal.

Meetings set up on my iMac, iPad, iPhone show up on my iMac but not on either my iPad or iPhone.

Checked software is update on iPhone and iPad and iCloud setting set to see all.

Welcome comments and ideas on how to resolve it.
