Why is Apple Music on Windows taking so long to load?

Apple apps on iOS or Mac is great but the music in windows is absolute trash. Been watching the screen for 15 mins and it’s still loading nothing, but yet I can airplay off my phone with no issues.

I can’t afford a Macintosh so windows is my only option. Please fix this
