iTunes movie not working on my PC

My movies will not play on my PC. And please post if anyone has found a way to get their money back.

What happens when you try? Are there any error messages you can share? Are you signed into your Apple ID/Account and is the computer authorized to it? Is this an issue with locally stored files, items that you are trying to stream from the cloud, or both? For recent purchases you can use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to contact Apple about content that doesn't work correctly and ask for it to be replaced or refunded. Regarding older purchases these can usually be streamed or downloaded on demand, but occasionally the rights holders may remove content from the store, removing this ability. This is within the terms and conditions of sale when you made the purchase. Download everything you buy online and make backups, or accept the risk.
