Hi, since last week's Numbers update to 14.4, the file I've most recently been working on will not open.
It is not listed at all when I select Open, but is listed when I select Open Recent.
When I select the file from there, it just hangs on "Opening..."
Have re-started.
Can anyone help?

Where is the file? local on your machine? on a file server? in iCloud?
Can you open it on some other device? Another Mac? iPad?
If it's in iCloud, can you open it in Numbers for the Web ( hthttps://icloud.com/numbers/
Not an answer, but it might help track down where the problem is.
The file is in iCloud, but cannot be opened even if transferred to the machine.
It can be opened on my phone, cannot be opened in Numbers for the web on my machine. Have not tried another machine.
Have been speaking to Apple all day, still no solution after re-installing the app and the OS. Apparently there is a (rare) known issue where files larger than around 20mb cannot be opened, which is what's going on in my case.
Issue has been escalated, hopefully will find a solution tomorrow.
