not able to share pictures from gallery through whatsapp or gmail
no Options like WhatsApp gmail outlook are a available while sharing photo/screenshot

- Do you have the WhatsApp, Gmail, and Outlook apps installed? If they are not installed, I don't think you can expect the iPhone to offer the option to share to them.
- Is your iPhone set up to let these third-party apps access your photos? (See: Control access to information in apps on iPhone - Apple Support)
- If you have checked both of the above things, and these apps do not show as sharing destinations in Photos, have you tried seeing if there in the apps themselves for sharing or attaching photos?
