How do I resolve iPad factory reset issues?
if i have factory reset my ipad, but it appears that someone is accessing it during setup, what do i do? should i contact support? thanks

Apple will look at your iPad for free and then explain your
options along with the associated costs.
Make an appointment at the nearest Apple location to have your iPad evaluated for free.
Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.

Please see the attached images. This is during setup. i chose to record the process, and not login to wifi. It appears like a window pops up and text is typed in a login screen, then a different screen also pops up.
Nobody can access the device. Why do you believe that is happening?

if you device appears to be selecting items or “tapping” on its own, you may have a hardware issue. Have the device inspected by Apple.
it has had selected a wireless connection and password and other setup settings. I don’t understand this issue. it is not a touchscreen issue.
You should have the device inspected by Apple. It appears that you may have a failing digitizer.
