Apple will look at your iPad for free and then explain your

options along with the associated costs.

Make an appointment at the nearest Apple location to have your iPad evaluated for free.

Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.

You’ll need to better describe the issue, provide screen shots or video of what you’re experiencing.

if you device appears to be selecting items or “tapping” on its own, you may have a hardware issue. Have the device inspected by Apple.
