The Link: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support. Important: Blank-out personal info(i.e. names and time) from the photo, by covering it with red-colored and rectangles and such through use of the Photos app.
Are you using iCloud Photos to synchronize your Photos Libraries? Do you use "Optimize Storage" with iCloud Photos?
How are you "loading" this picture? Are you loading it onto your phone? From where?
