Apple Devices App is broken on Windows

Hi,

The new Apple Devices app (replacing iTunes) is just super broken on Windows.

1. It deleted my playlists when I synced my iPhone to my computer.
2. It deleted some songs from my iPhone that I needed to reinstall.
3. Now it just created two playlists instead of the only one I have only my phone.

So it went from the simple drag and drop what you want to transfer on Itunes to something completely random with a sync that doesn't work correctly.

Please fix your app Apple!

EDIT: I deleted the app and reinstalled. After a new sync, it created a new random playlist... Still not showing one of my other playlists. Also deleted some of my songs again... Will never use this app again.
