Look at the screenshot. When I do a control click on the keyframe, the only opotion I get is "delete keyframe". I need to ease these transforms. How do I do it??????

In the Video Animation pane, you can right click on the individual Transform keyframes and select Linear or Smooth, but that's about all the control you have in Video Animation.
I see you have the Transform *tool* selected for the Viewer. You should see the motion path in the view and it will have the controls you are looking for. Right click on the yellow tabbed ends and make sure Smooth is selected. When you select one or the other (yellow tab) end, you should see small a small white circle with an even smaller red dot in the center offset along the Transform line — this is a bezier controller.
