How can I connect my zune to my mac

Well basicly I have an old zune that my grandpa had. I want to be able to download the photos and add my own music to it. I have tried some apps but they didnt work out. The windows phone app isnt available in my region and I am not able to download it, not even with an dmg from a thrid party app as it ends up not working. My zune is working perfectly

MacBook Air, macOS 14.7

I’d suggest reviewing, searching, and then maybe then re-asking this over in https://www.reddit.com/r/Zune/

Based on the following, there are aftermarket Zune cables available, if you don’t have the original cable:

Wikipedia – Zune

"Zune devices work exclusively with the Zune software and Marketplace."

"The Zune software runs only on 32-bit Windows XP or 32-bit/64-bit, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 [75]. Windows XP Professional x64 Edition is not supported."

Unless the software will run on Windows 10 or 11 in an unsupported way, it sounds like you'll need to dig up an old Windows PC if you want to use the Zune player.

ASC isn’t a nexus of Zune knowledge.

You’ll need a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and past that, donno. I’d expect Zune connects and then works more or less like an iPod; as a removable-storage device.
