Deauthorizing all computer with no access to any of them.

I lost access to any of my old 5 Authorized Devices. How can I deauthorized them all to authorize a new computer? When I try to authorize my device it says that the limit 5 devices has been reached, but like I said I do not have access to any of them anymore.
