How to update 2017 MacBook Air from Monterey 12.7.6 to Ventura?

I have just tried to install a couple of App updates for work (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) and they will not install without me updating my Mac to Ventura. However, when I try to get my Mac to update, it tells me that I have Monterey 12.7.6 and my system is up to date.

Please help!!!!!
