How do I download apps on MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7?
I have a mac book pro 2010 that has catalina 10,15.7 I get an error message saying I need version 10.15??

Are you sure the app is requiring 10.15 and not just macOS 15?
10.15 and 15 are 2 different things.
10.15 is Catalina, but macOS 15 is Sequoia and cannot be run on a 2010 Mac, as such apps that require macOS 15 Sequoia will not download on your Mac running 10.15 Catalina.
You need to find Apps that don't require macOS 11 or later, and I don't think there are many of those in the App Store at this point.
