Can't use Apple Arcade on kid's Account on new iMac

Hey all, I am setting up our new iMac and added my kid's account as a Standard account. We have Family Sharing on.

On my admin account I downloaded several games in Apple Arcade. I tested each game on my account and they work well.

I then logged out of my account and into my kid's account to test out the games to make sure they work. NOPE! They don't. When I click on one, it will open Arcade and show the logo of the game on the screen and then Arcade quits. All the games are like this.

I have searched the Family Sharing settings and Screen Time content settings but can't figure out how to fix this issue.
