Not surprised! Your iCloud is not a Password Manager where you can log in and view all your passwords. That would not be very secure if someone had access to your Apple Account password. Thankfully you do not have to worry about that.
TikTok can absolutely provide assistance in changing your password as that is a fundamental requirement of any third party service. Resetting your TikTok password is not an Apple issue.

No, there is no way to recover your TikTok password through iCloud. You’ll need to contact TikTok customer service to inquire about resetting your password. This has nothing to do with Apple. Sorry.
