Unable to log in to Apple Music with MFA via SMS

Why is it impossible to login to Apple Music?

I have an Apple Account using the App on Android. My account need MFA with sms due to the reason O don't have access to my other apple products. Still I want to use Apple Music account.

Yes, I have the username and password and yes I am able to login to account.apple.com bit the App use MFA to the other devices and not not by sms as the other apple services and there is no way to change this behavior. It is also not possible to change anything when I go through the settings on my Apple ID. What to do?

I cancelled my subscription anyway. This is just insane.
