How do I fix constantly changing bookmarks in Google Chrome after installing the bookmark synchronization extension?

Hello. After installing the bookmark synchronization extension in the Google Chrome browser, all bookmarks are downloaded directly from the phone. Bookmarks in the browser are always changing. I tried turning settings and extensions on/off, and reinstalling the browser. I used the tips from the link (Если не синхронизируются закладки iCloud или Safari - Служба поддержки Apple (RU) ). Nothing helped.
