Microphone stopped working after upgrade the MacOS 15.4

Yes, Microphone is recognized but can't capture the sound. this gets resolve for sometime if user's reboot computer and then same issue recognized again if Mac goes to sleep, Same I've tested in Safe mode but the result is same.

Tried in MS Teams, Zoom and Google Meet but the outcome is same and we have approx 10-15 user's affecrted with same issue after upgrade the MacOS 15.4

Run the offline diagnostic successfully without any hardware issue but the Microphone problem is still there for many user's and increasing after upgrade the MacOS 15.4
