Will downgrading iCloud storage delete photos and notes on my iPhone?

If I downgrade my iCloud storage from 2Tb to 200, will my photos on my actual iPhone and other notes be deleted? I don’t really care about the data not being saved to iCloud, but will my physical photos and other apps be deleted?
