Hue Bridges not pairing with App on iPhone16Pro or with Apple Home
I just had a new WiFi system installed, with Netgear Modem; Netgear 970 Router and 3 Nagger 970 satellites. Everything works great...speed is amazing....BUT, neither of my Philips HUE bridges are connecting. There is one on the first and another on the second floor of the house. Prior to the new WiFi set up there were approximately 30 Hue bulbs on the first floor bridge and another 25 on the second floor bridge. All were showing on the HOME app as well as the HUE app. I have a 16Pro iPhone and 3 desktop Macs and one lap top. The HOME app says to try on the device app. The HUE app just says no bridge is found. Have unplugged, restarted several times, phone, router, modem. Same: No bridge found despite my phone sitting right next to it and pushing the button. Both bridges have been restarted several times times as well. Nothing. Help??
