AirPods Pro 2 - Left Headphones Not Working, Battery Level Not Showing

Hello,

Something happened to AirPods left headphones for 2 days. The left earbud doesn't trigger even though the headphones and the Dock are full battery. I reset yesterday and it worked. Today the left earbud doesn't work again. The product is still under warranty. Does anyone know why?
