Custom Labels on iCloud Contacts Keeps Resetting to Default
I have a problem where any custom label I add to my contacts' phones, emails, or addresses keeps resetting to the default after a few days. I have tried the following multiple times:
- Re-syncing contacts between my devices
- Checking settings to ensure all contacts on all devices are saved to iCloud
- Deleted and recreated the contacts multiple times
- Researched the issue on this board but have not found a solution that solved the issue.
It was only 2 days ago that I performed the above steps again and recreated about 10 contacts with custom labels. This morning, I checked, and all have been reset to the generic phone, home, etc. This issue has been extremely frustrating. Is there any solution to this issue?
