Apple Wallet won’t accept my card – trust score 1/5?

I’m trying to add a card to Apple Wallet on my iPhone, but I’m not able to. It seems that my device has a low internal trust rating (possibly 1 out of 5), which may be why the card is being rejected.

I’m not using any jailbreak or modified iOS, and I have all standard security settings enabled (Face ID, passcode, iCloud). I would like to know if there’s a way to review or improve my device’s rating or trust status so I can use Apple Pay.
