transferred 300.00 into sutton bank thinking it would go into my cash app it it’s been 2 weeks haven’t received the money yet, cash app says there’s nothing pending or coming through apple just keeps telling me to call cash app what do i do i need help.

Sutton Bank is the bank used by the Cash App, not Apple. What method did you use to send money to Sutton Bank and how was it identified?
You'll need to contact the bank and/or cash app. Apple has nothing to do with either.
Contact Cash App support and explain the situation.
i did, they don’t see a transaction. and to call apple back. which i did they’re doing an investigation
got the money through apple wallet, transferred it to sutton bank said it’ll take 1-3 business days, called cash app they don’t see a transaction
i don’t bank with sutton bank, haven’t gotten my money
