Stuck on loop installation from recovery mode. Help please.

After I've bought new M4 Air, I was trying to completly erase my old M1 Air to prepare it for my wife. With the aim to have a fresh and clean install, I've prepared bootable usb stick with macOS Sequoia and I got stuck. After booting from stick I could initiate the installation but then after rebot I'm in continous loop. The screen "Choose Startup Disk" appears, I'm selecting "Macintosh HD macOS 15.4" down below and hitting "Restart". After that "The version of MacOS on the selected dist needs to be reinstalled. Reinstall macOS or select antoher startup disk". I can install is from USB or downolad from recovery, it ends always with "Choose Startup Disk." I've erased APPLE SSD with Disk Utility, then reactivate Mac, installed everything again - same result at the end - "Choose Startup Disk". First Aid from Disk Utility shows - all OK.

Please help, I've tried and tried - no sucess so far. Where I should look, check, serarch....

I'm thankfull for every help I get...
