How do you allow cookies from the iTunes Store

Setting up my new MacBook Air with a new Apple Account and it's not letting me continue until I disabled cookies. However when I go on Safari, cookies are not disabled at all. When I click 'OK' on the message below, it just takes me to iTunes/Music app, but I don't know where to go from there. I'm really confused.
