My MacBook Pro (i9-Processor) is overheating

Soooo... I will be the first to admit that I still love my 2019 Macbook Pro that has the I9 processor in it... but the heat resinating off this thing is about to kill me. I have troubleshooted just about everything I can think of as an IT professional... including cleaning the physical device and cleaning it digitally lol.

Other than purchasing a new laptop and trading this one in (Don't really want to cause other than the heat it still works fantastic) does anyone have any suggestions on how I can keep this thing from getting hot enough to cook a steak? 🤣🤣

As an IT professional— how about listing everything you tried...or do we play a game of Whack-0-Mole?

Ok than— lets start whacking

—unplug all non-essential  peripherals when testing

—Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

—I would start with a complete Restore of Firmware— do not reinstall your user until you are satisfied the issue has resolved. This would be most telling
