Hello, my MacBook Air 13 screen isn’t working, the Mac turns on, the keyboard lights also turn on and it makes the turning on sound but the screen stays black.

You'd better take your MacBook Air to your local retail Apple Store, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there. I suppose your MacBook Air has hardware related issue.
